How can I determine the load rating of a trailer?

Posted : 2015-08-05

Load ratings are a result of the engineering of the entire trailer and not just the floor system; therefore, load ratings are determined by the trailer manufacturer.  Rockland can provide guidelines based on our internal testing for each floor we make.  In additional to standard oak and maple floors of various thicknesses, Rockland produces two different composite floors which will increase the load ratings in your new dry van.  Please contact us for more details on our products and ratings of each.
