Rockland Provides Flooring For Hartland, NB Hockey Rink
At Rockland, we have a special connection to hockey. Our founder, Marc Chorney, and his son, Taylor, both had lengthy NHL careers before embarking on the exciting world of trailer flooring. Some would say it’s like sawdust… it runs in our blood.
We also have a special connection to the town of Hartland, New Brunswick, and our customers, Valley Equipment and Day & Ross, who call this lovely town home. When we were asked if we’d be interested in supporting Hartland’s new community rink by providing seating made of Rockland Flooring, we jumped at the opportunity.
Taylor recently attended the official grand opening event and enjoyed some great hockey while meeting many members of the community. We are pleased to invest in a facility that will bring this community and its families together for generations to come.

West Lorne Location Promotes Smile Cookie Campaign
The team at our West Lorne location recently volunteered to decorate nearly 300 cookies to support their community. The proceeds from the sale of the cookies went to providing healthy meals and snacks for children in the local school system.

The Rockland Team at West Lorne recently sponsored a community ice skating event at the community rink in West Elgin, Ontario. The turnout was great and we look forward to hosting another event in February of 2024.
