Jolene Felch began working at the Red Wing MN facility in production right out of high school – transferring to the Rockland WI location in 1998. Her career has grown through hands-on roles in manufacturing, training, process control, and finishing operations. Along the way, she has taken on key leadership positions, including line leadership and supervisory roles, helping support team development and operational success.
Jolene is currently a Shift Supervisor, continuing to demonstrate strong leadership, dedication, and commitment to excellence.
