Over the past 25 years, Steph Tutor has worn many hats, starting as a production employee on the glue line and growing into her current role as Corporate HR Manager at Rockland Flooring. Along the way, she has served in key HR, Safety, and Training roles, gaining valuable insight into both our people and our business. She looks forward to many more years of collaboration!
